How users sign up on Secro?
The sign-up process on Secro is quick and easy. After the customer agrees to the service agreement with Secro, access to the platform will be granted based on the requested service level. A dedicated Customer Success Manager will guide and support the customer.
The customer can then onboard users from their organization through an automated workflow. Each entity and company officer onboarded on Secro undergoes a state-of-the-art KYC, KYB, AML, supported by artificial intelligence technology. This vetting process ensures that only legitimate businesses and individuals can interact on Secro, providing customers with confidence in their interactions.
Step 1: Email invite

User receives an email invitation from Secro, with temporary password and a link to the onboarding process.
Step 2: User* set up
- User needs to:
- Acknowledge Privacy Policy.
- Accept Terms and Condition.
- Create a new password.
- Verify their identity (2FA).
*Customers have the option to request the creation of two types of users:
- COMPANY OFFICER: The user with the access level to modules of the platform including VAULT, and therefore, can sign, transfer, and endorse eBLs.
- CONTRACT MANAGER: The user with the access to all modules except for Vault. Therefore, this user does not have access to original eBLs, cannot sign, transfer, or indorse.
Step 3: KYC verification
- KYC check is run real-time by the third-party provider. Results appear in seconds.
Step 4: AML verification
- AML check is run real-time by the third-party provider. Results appear in seconds. The company must pass the AML check to use Secro service.
