Onboarding flow for Client
This comprehensive user guide is designed to provide you, as an account administrator, with a seamless onboarding experience to our platform. Whether you're new to our services or seeking a refresher, this guide will walk you through each crucial step of user onboarding. Step 1: You'll receive an email invite with a link to start the onboarding process and a temporary password.
Step 2: Take a moment to review and approve our Secro privacy policy.
Step 3: Use the temporary password from the email to log in and review/agree to the Secro terms and conditions.
Step 4: Check and update your data (first/last name, phone number) and create a new secure password.
Password requirements:
-At least 8 characters
-A combination of both uppercase and lowercase letters
-A combination of letters and numbers
-Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g.,! @ # ? ]
Step 5: Enhance security by entering the verification code sent to your mobile phone for two-factor authentication (2FA).
Step 6: Know Your Business (KYB) check: complete verification by confirming your company details (company name, address, tax/registration number, jurisdiction code, phone number), and review/agree declaration of consent and privacy policy. KYB runs real-time, and the results appear in seconds.
Step 7: Anti Money Laundering (AML) check: complete verification by confirming business name and incorporation date.
Congratulations! After successful completion of KYB and AML checks, you'll gain access to the Secro platform.
